Together with the Interior design studio AO/JN Interiors, we have created a Scandinavian design kitchen with clear influences from Italian architecture.
The beautiful marble-clad kitchen island feels almost more like a piece of art than a kitchen island, and the rounded corners soften the minimalist design. A well-thought-out kitchen that is as beautiful to look at as it is functional to use.
The kitchen gives the slightly romantic turn-of-the-century room a bolder, modern twist.
The fridge and freezer are hidden behind the doors on the far left and the oven is found behind a pocket door in the kitchen island. Lamps in the ceiling are "Find me" from Flos and the faucet is from Tapwell.
Even the sides and "ceiling" of the niche, framed by the kitchen cabinets, are clad in marble. For a more designed feel, the stone has a small step in the outer edges.
Countertop in stainless steel creates an exciting contrast in the kitchen. Stainless steel is also very practical and hygienic. Alabaster wall lamp.
The natural stone Arabescato corchia has a darker grain than classic white marble. The contrasting veining gives the kitchen an Italian feel.
The steps at the bottom of the kitchen island make the visual impression softer and more designed. By matching the grain in the different boards, you get a more luxurious impression.
Between the bench row and upper cabinets there is a so-called shadow-gap, which gives the minimalist kitchen a personal and worked impression.
The grain in the stone on the shelf above the sink matches that of the back panel, which means that the impression does not feel too messy but retains its exclusive feel.
